These terms apply to any work carried out by MDP Gas Services ("we", "us", "our") for you ("the customer").
Quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary if the scope of work changes once work has begun, for example if additional faults are discovered.
All gas work is carried out in accordance with Gas Safe Register requirements. Relevant certification (such as a Gas Safety Record or CP12) is provided on completion of applicable work.
Payment terms will be agreed at the point of quotation or booking. Please contact us directly to discuss payment methods.
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, so that we can offer the slot to another customer.
Manufacturer warranties on new boilers and parts apply as set out by the manufacturer. Our own workmanship is guaranteed for a reasonable period from completion of the work; please ask for specifics at the time of quotation.
We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care in line with industry standards. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage not caused by our work.
